Er ist Notar mit Schwerpunkten im Bereich Gesellschaftsrecht und Immobilienrecht. Er ist als Mediator bei komplexen wirtschaftsrechtlichen Konflikten tätig. Anwaltlich berät er Unternehmer und Unternehmen in gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und ist spezialisiert auf die rechtliche Begleitung von Unternehmenstransaktionen und Unternehmensnachfolgen. Cornelius Kruse ist Lehrbeauftragter an der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität. Er engagiert sich als Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der Vamea AG mit Sitz in Essen. Daneben ist er Kuratoriumsvorsitzender zweier gemeinnütziger Stiftungen. Cornelius Kruse ist Jahrgang 1975 und lebt mit seiner Frau und drei Kindern in Dortmund.

Charlotte Finger has served as Managing Partner of Maschinenfabrik Mönninghoff and Chemnitzer Zahnradfabrik since 2015. Both companies are leading hidden champions specializing in the development and manufacturing of custom drive technology for the global mechanical and plant engineering sector. She serves on the main board of the VDMA (German Engineering Federation) and actively participates in various committees of both the federation and other institutions.

Jochen Jansen
Jochen Jansen, born in 1974, is married with one daughter. Following 13 years of service in various positions at FinVerw NRW, he transitioned to the private sector in 2007. He now works as a tax consultant and has been a partner at Brune & Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbB in Bochum since 2014. He specializes in advising medium-sized businesses of all legal forms and non-profit organizations, while maintaining extensive professional networks through his various voluntary commitments.
Prof. Nicola Werbeck
Prof. Nicola Werbeck serves as Professor of Environmental and Innovation Policy and Managing Director of the Dean's Office at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. She is also Spokesperson for the Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Transformation (CEIT) at the Faculty of Economics and a trained systemic coach. After serving as Managing Director of RUFIS (Ruhr Research Institute for Innovation and Structural Policy) from 2003 to 2013, she joined the Executive Board and became its Chairwoman in 2022. Her research focuses on innovative and sustainable mobility concepts, business models, and organizational structures. As a startup mentor, she integrates entrepreneurship into teaching formats centered on digitalization and sustainability. She has also served on the advisory board of the IHK Mittleres Ruhrgebiet's sustainability pledge since 2022.
Marius Weber
Marius Weber is a founding partner of AlphaQ Venture Capital. In his professional career, he has also launched and managed three generations of venture capital funds as General Partner. As Managing Partner of Rheingau Founders (German VC), Marius was involved in over 80 start-ups as co-founder and investor. Marius studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. He gained further experience in labor and corporate law as well as in management consulting at a leading international law firm. Marius holds an honorary position on the supervisory board of the RUCK Foundation, which is dedicated to the education of children and the promotion of social commitment.
Philipp Böhme
Philipp Böhme, born in 1974, grew up in East Westphalia and, after training as an office administrator, completed a part-time degree in business administration. Since 2005, he has been Managing Director and owner of Creditreform Bochum, a member of the Board of Directors of the Creditreform organization and President of the IHK Mittleres Ruhrgebiet. His large network of entrepreneurs includes established companies as well as start-ups.
Dr. Claus Biermann
Dr. Claus Biermann, MD, Master of Public Health (MPH), is a proven expert in the HealthTech sector and works internationally in the areas of leadership, business development and change management. Dr. Biermann's varied professional career includes positions at Deutsche Telekom, Grünenthal, Philips and GE. Dr. Biermann is a recognized expert in transplantation, visceral surgery and urology.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Eckhard Weidner
Eckhard Weidner completed his habilitation in technical chemistry at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen in 1996 and has headed the Fraunhofer UMSICHT in Oberhausen since 2004. Mr. Weidner also headed the Chair of Process Engineering Transport Processes at the Ruhr University Bochum.
Eike Völker
Eike Völker, born in 1977, heads a secondary school in Bochum, which has been working fully digitally with 1:1 equipment since 2019, so that he knows the administration of more than 1000 devices and carries it out himself. New Work and the pedagogical transformation to New Learning are being driven forward by Eike Völker. In addition, AI-supported learning is being tested and the use of chatbots, e.g. ChatGPT, is being actively promoted. For Eike Völker, training and living the mindset of an educational company is the basic prerequisite for the successful use of digitality in schools. He also passes on this change management as a speaker in leadership training and as a keyspeaker and author of specialist articles. He also helped establish the EDU:digital brand.
